A complete picture of where your brand stands legally, and what comes first. I review:

  • Contracts with suppliers, distributors, agents and retail partners
  • Terms and conditions (B2B and B2C) and your webshop
  • Trademarks and designs: what is protected, and what isn’t
  • Privacy and consumer law
  • Product compliance, such as GPSR and REACH

You receive a concise report with risks and a prioritised action list, plus a 60-minute review session. Start a subscription within 30 days and I’ll credit € 500 against your first month.

How I work

Term and cancellation
  • Essentials and Growth: minimum term of 6 months, then cancellable monthly with one month’s notice
  • In-house day and fixed day for legal teams: minimum term of 12 months, then cancellable with two months’ notice
Hours and invoicing
  • Invoiced monthly in advance. Pay a year upfront and get a 5% discount.
  • Unused hours roll over one month and then expire.
  • I record time in 15-minute units. Every month you receive an overview of the hours spent.
  • All amounts exclude VAT.
Urgent work and larger projects
  • Urgent work (within one business day) by arrangement, with a 25% surcharge.
  • Litigation, acquisitions and larger projects fall outside the subscription. You’ll receive a separate quote in advance.
  • Prefer not to subscribe? I take on individual assignments at € 195 per hour.
